Gempulse provides a gemstone portfolio management platform with market intelligence, GP Index evaluation scores, price trend analysis, and deal activity tracking for colored gemstone professionals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your profile information up to date.

GP Index scores are indicative valuations based on market data and should not be considered as certified appraisals. Scores are generated using our proprietary algorithm and publicly available market data.

Gempulse does not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation and recommends consulting a certified gemologist for formal appraisals.

Market data, price trends, and deal activity information are sourced from verified auction houses, dealers, and exchanges. While we strive for accuracy, data may be delayed or contain errors.

Market data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.

All content on Gempulse, including text, graphics, logos, the GP Index methodology, and software, is the property of Gempulse and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Gempulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
